Cannot start Xampp Apache service -

i need apache , mysql services project cannot start apache service.

first when installed xampp wasn't able run apache service. unchecked "use port 80 , 443" in skype , signed out of skype , changed ports in confg files 80 8080 , 443 4433. after doing apache server worked smoothly. after restarting laptop, xampp showed apache service has started didn't start actually. , upgraded windows 10 , happening.

ps it's first question

reinstalling xampp , changing ports apache 80 8080 , 443 443.

for port 80 edit httpd.conf

for port 443 edit http-ssl.conf
