linux - samb.conf: Where is the "security" parameter? -

i'm trying make files in linux virtual server browsable windows. i'm following instructions given here: https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/samba-fileserver.html

however, cannot find security parameter it's talking about. can create anywhere under [global]? or there pretty specific place put it?

yep, can specify "security=" parameter anywhere in global section. https://www.samba.org/samba/docs/man/manpages/smb.conf.5.html
